A friend of mine is looking for any info (web site, interviewing stuff etc.) on this company. Anyone out there that can help, i/he would appreciate it.

Just do a search of "NetJets" or "EJI". There have been numerous posts on the subject. Most recent was the fact there didn't seem to be much hiring and unless your friend has G4/5 time, he's (she?) is probably out of luck for the time being.

Gulfstream used to have a link to EJI. Haven't been there in a while so I don't know if it's still there. Just hit a search engine with EJI or try NJA's page.
