I've been here quite awhile, and although I want a little more, I'm suprised that I got what I did.

Without your tenacity it would not have happened.

Thank You

Thank NJA management. They gave it to you. Actually, thank NJA OWNERS. They are paying for it. Or you can thank NJA marketing and sales folks who sold enough owners (with the help of professional pilots) to bring in enough revenue which management could not see doing without, so much so that they had to pay up for the time being to silence labor.
Revenue starts to slow down and management starts cutting costs to stay in business.

Spoken like a true managment type yourself. Lets see first of all, you are so mistaken........it's our pilots and our union that got us the raise that we deserved. It was long coming and we fought hard for it. Our managment had it all along, they wanted to drag it out as long as possible and keep paying us the low wages. If you were mgmt, you would do the same. Revenue has done the exact opposite of slowing down as you suggest and therefore a raise is long over due.

You are a disgrace to pilots. You are clearly in some form of management and have quite obviously forgotten where you have come from. I sincerely hope that you dont treat those under you with the same disrespect as you have us NJA pilots in your above post. Stop drinking the koolaid and get back to reality.

Why? Because it's not what you want to hear? funny

Like he said, your a tool. Because you are so far from the truth. You are on the dark side and when you look in the mirror, your nose is really tan. Thats why.

Hey Tool-boy, Go find another article to copy and paste. That's the only time you don't sound so out of touch with reality.

So, you're sayin' NJ would have gotten this raise without the efforts of their union. And, they should be thankful for the efforts of management and the sales team for for their TA.

O.K. I guess you are entitled to your opinion. WE just don't see it!
