Looks like we've lost 15 pilots in January. They've hired 20. Pretty soon, they're not going to be able to train them fast enough to replace the ones leaving.

Any idea on #'s they're interviewing, how often and hiring %'s? Is the company ready for 91K? I've got an interview coming up.

$27,000 a year.
5+ years before upgrade.

This is not the place to come. Go to Citation Shares. They at least pay a livable wage.

Have most left for airline jobs or other fractional or better corporate positions? Any idea?

Some are going to airlines... some to corporate... some quiting aviation all together

Quitting all together? That's never good. Just wait until they experience "desk life" - not so appealing. Too bad that life at NJA would cause those decisions (but very low pay and disrespect from management will do that). Let's hope it gets better soon. I know JetBlue picked up a bunch of Citation X drivers a few months back.

Thanks to Jet Blue,Southwest and Air Tran, we still have some hope in this business.

As far as quiting aviation all together? It could be a great move and then again it could be a bad move. Most of us would love to be home each night. We are pilots and this is what we do so how can we just pick up and try something new? Then again, life is short and we have millions of opportunities out there. We could try something else and maybe just like it!! Then buy an RV 8 and live happily ever after!!!!!

Theither,

With a G4 type why are you considering NJA? Try NJI at the very least. The pay reasonable salaries.

Also, with G4 time there are tons of job opportunities out there.
