It sounds like you are getting "invited" to take the online psych assessment. If it's still like the one I took, it's several online pages of questions about various situations and how you perceive yourself. Nothing to be worried about. In fact, my interview sim partner said that his wife, a psychologist, actually looked over the test and said that it appeared that NetJets is simply trying to weed out sociopaths.
So if you don't have that problem, the test should only be about 10 minutes of your time on the road to an actual in-person interview.
Number sequences, math, word association and the likes/dislikes portion. Plan on spending a couple of hours (if were talking about the on-line assessment).
MAPD gives a 187 question written test during the interview. Without giving out the right answers because there are none I will say this.
1.Good pilots follow rules all of the time.
2.Good pilots are social but not clowns.
3.Good pilots are generally competitive.
These tests reveal information about your personality but the results that get submitted are not really not that cool. Take the test. If you are not an AX murderer you will have sufficent results.
Please post a follow up on the three things I posted to remember.
