What do you think the odds of you getting looked at faster if there is a bright ass green peice of paper in the stack?

One of my buddies (I now work with and he frequents this forum) submitted a resume to the Flight School I used to run on sky blue paper (I didn't know him at the time). I thought "what a dork, blue paper???" I almost didn't call him in, but decided to anyhow... Turns out even though he lacked "artsy-fartsy" judgement at the time, he can fly an airplane. Of course he had the best multi-engine instructor, so that would explain THAT phenomenon...! :D

Moral of the story? This guy was lucky... stick to the traditional, professional resume... Make sure your spelling and grammar are correct and accurate.
