Need some help from training dept guys or checkairmen

Hi guys and gals,
Thanks for reading my post. I'm in the final semester of my BS degree and am writing my research paper. I'm in desperate need of quotes from current training dept pilots on common mistakes they see from new hires, or just general advice for new hires. Since I will be citing your comment I will need a name at least. This paper will just be going from my laptop to my professor. Thanks for any help I may get!
