I am looking for an article or chart that was in an aviation magazine sometime last year that showed new hire and upgrade pass rate comparisons at airlines. In particular it showed that Mesa Airlines Dash-8 had the highest fail rate among all airlines in any aircraft. There was some text along with it stating that if the high fail rate continued its trend that the Mesa Dash-8 would have the highest fail rate in any aircraft at any airline in the history of aviation.
If anyone has seen this and can tell me what magazine it was in or better yet what issue, I woul really appreciate it.
