I graciously turned them down a couple of years ago. I know this is old and things may have changed, but then they were flying falcon 20s a couple 50s and one 900. Starting pay was $40,000 with no gaurantee on upgrade. Upgrade was on merit only no seniority list, no contract, no gauranteed raises. Total reserve schedule with a guaranteed 8 days of a month. Free health insurance and little if any movement. They got shut down by the FAA about two years ago for running 134.5 operations (that's 135 charter without a 135 ticket). They have gone through several title changes and owners over the last twenty years. The guy that owns them now, owns a couple of golf courses in MSP area and is on the board of the Lupus foundation. No dispatch, no dedicated scheduling. It is a small operation with only ten aircraft. I didn't get a good solid feel from them and having kids I needed to be pretty picky. If you are single and need a gig. I would say sure, why not? But if you are looking for a career and long term deal, I would pass.
Good Luck hope that helps. Things may have changed so don't take my word for it.
I will help with some facts and I will leave out speculation, unlike the previous post. Two year old info doesn't help anybody, especially in this business.
4-Falcon 50's, 3-20's, 2-G200's, and 1 Falcon 10.Nice equip. Great MX.
QOL is great, in my opinion. 8on/6off schedule. Very rarely(or never) work all 8 days. Easy flying. There IS a seniority list. It is expanding, and it does have all the growing pains that go along with that. Overall, it's a good place to work, especially if you're from the MSP area.
It appears things have progressed nicely! I do have to say pay is on the low side, however, flying well maintained equipment and having full family medical is attractive.
