Hello I think I have to continue with my instrument rating, I need to know if i can buy some of this programs or courses in dvd's like ASA virtual test prep instrument, or maybe the one from sportys pilot shop.

I am not familiar with how they work or if they are a valid way in obtaining knowledge , and to be aothorized to take a written FAA test?

in other words if I buy this dvd's can I take a test somewhere , and then just go do my flight training?

are this programs authorized by the FAA?

has any of you used them before?

and what do you recomend?

thanks a lot!!

thanks man , is this a dvd training course?
I would prefer dvd instead of reading.
not that I wont but I prefer!

Just out of curiosity, what did you make on your MEI written?

Gleim is fantastic.

I used sportys for Private through Commercial and Gleim for my FOI, CFI and now the ATP.

Don't remember what exactly I got on the CFI but it was high 90s...100% on FOI...Gleim made them very easy.
