Need help w/ flight school going Pt 141

I am working at a Part 61 Flight School. We are trying to convert to Part 141 for Ground and Private Pilot. We're familiar with Part 141 requirements, but need help streamlining operations and being more efficient.

I'm looking for books, online resources, software suggestions (for block scheduling and accounting), etc., to help manage the school better.

Any tips, websites, etc would be GREATLY appreciated.
