Need help----Looking for a RSTOL MX manual

I'm looking for a maintenance manual for a RSTOL kit on a C310R. The airplane is in the shop right now and an inboard flap had to be removed and re-skinned. The DOM refuses to install the flap until he has the mx manual, for obvious reason, and we also need to check that they are in rig. Robertson sold their STC to Sierra Industries of Uvalde, TX sometime back in the 80s. They have been pretty much useless to work with when it comes to product support. If anybody happens to have or know where to get the mx manual on this system, I sure would appreciate a PM.
