Long story short, my brother in law is in Cancun and found out his sister passed away.

Of course it's a "travel agent" ticket and the nice folks @ AirTran said they couldn't change it over the phone. Suggested they go directly to the airport.

Trying to save them a round trip cab to the airport.

I am looking for a local # in CUN for AirTran. Or, if you contract out your customer service there, to whom?

Thanks,

Brad

Sorry for your loss friend unfortunately all the station personnel are contractors. I'm sure they would change the ticket no prob at the airport, call reservations and they should be able to tell your brother in law which flights look the best.
