We Have A Marine That Transfered Into The Navy And Became One Of Our 6 Selres So Anything Is Possible . That Being Said Though - He Was An Easy Pick Because He Was In The Squadron As An Active Duty Marine And Aircraft Commander In Both The Giii And Gv. I Would Say That It Might Be Tougher For You Because I Don't Know The Whole Inter-service Transfer Process. I Would Say That If You Are Local Then Drop By The Squadron Monday Or Call To Find Out More Info. It Definitely Wouldn't Hurt To Put In The Package Anyway If You Have The Time To Put It Together. You Have To Play To Win!! How Senior Are You Because They Are Trying To Get The Most Junior Qualified Person As Is The Case With Most Selres Positions In The Navy.

Thanks for the update and encouragement, I am assembling my packet as I type! I talked with VR-1's SQDN Personnel Officer last night on the phone (a very nice guy). He answered alot of my questions and said to go ahead and submit a packet ASAP for the boards review. I am a junior O-3 with a DOR of 01OCT02 and a commissioning date of 22MAY99 through ROTC.
