Got a call from a friend saying he get a letter from the FAA that they needed to do some surveillance on him because his pass rate was too low in the last year. Something about the National Work Program and how it's there to insure quality CFI's. He hasn't instructed in a couple of years so the low pass rate thing doesn't make much sense to him or me. Anybody ever heard of this? I never have. Anybody know what comes of stuff like this? just curious.
