My problem with a FLOPs pay raise

It shows the lie that BT gave us when we voted in the union, "I had a raise for you, but my hands are tied now with the union in." So if they try to put a stop to the bleeding and thrown some money our way now; then it shows how everthing they have said has been a lie. All the pain has been for nothing more that there amusement.

If they dont change the payscale quickly before a contract, then we will know that they arent lying and they are just the scum bag, regional sackers that they are.

Why stick around at FLOPS? It is the embarrassment of the industry. It's clear that Scheringa and his goons won't give the pilots the respect they deserve. I wouldn't expect things to get much better. Netjets is hiring.

I agree with you. There are many better flying jobs out there. I would apply immediately to XOJet (if the domiciles work), Netjets and a few of the airlines with your flight time.
