Currently flying 135 cargo in a 210, eligible to upgrade to Baron in ~2-5 months. But, no multi rating. Need to knock it out on the cheap. Can't get time off work to travel, so it needs to be local (or nearby), and if I can't do it on a weekend, I'll need to be able to do it in two (again, getting time off is well nigh impossible). Recommendations?

Thanks.

Wasn't there a guy out of Alton airport who trained in an old Travelaire? I got my Pvt Multi with him - I think he's an old Ozark guy maybe. Its been a while since my days down at Parks.

Yeah, I looked up St. Charles. Didn't know they had a flight training operation. Some of their charter guys fill in when we're low on airplanes or pilots. Nice guys, and the price is right. Thanks for all the help.

The candyman George Reiken is out of business and probably about ten feet under by now.Try St.Charles Flying Service, I heard they do a good job at a great price.
