I will be working for a Part 135 company that will be flying a multi engine seaplane and I was wondering about the Part 135 ride? What is involved in a Part 135, oral and what do they want to see on the flight part of it.
 
I have taken at least five 135 seaplane rides, and they were all similar to commercial rides, plus company procedures thrown in for fun. They won't make you do commercial maneuvers but they will make you do stalls, steep turns, glassy/rough water takeoffs and landings, docking, sailing, emergency procedures, etc. Know your company and plane and be able to fly floats and you'll do fine. There was a twin Beech float operator at one of the locations I flew into in Canda, those things looked like a lot of fun.

Does this company have dock help? Looks like a pain to dock by yourself in any wind or current. The pilot door is a nice touch though.
 
The Nomad is a nice little airplane, A good friend of mine operates one here in Nanaimo B.C. and I have flown on it several times.

He also operates a B18 on floats which is hands down the best bush plane ever.
