Hello everyone. I have the flight simulator 2004 and I am trying to get different airplane add-ons....in special the Dash-8 Q400 for practice. I have an interview sim coming up in that airplane. Does anybody knows a place to download?
Thank you veeeery much!

Problems with simviation

Thanks aucfi for your response. I already check the website. It seems to be awsome. I say it seems because to me, nothing is working there. What the heck is wrong with simviation.com. I can't register, I can't download any add-ons, and my firewalls are down in my computer... Any ideas?

Try surclaro.com. Also you will need a zip software to download. You can download for free here. If you are on Windows 2000 or XP, you can enable the firewall features of XP and 2000 by going to Control Panel and then click on Network Connections. Then go to connection manager and right click and go to properties and then click the advanced tab and then click on settings and you can enable the built in software firewall that comes with these platforms.

Simviation has always worked great for me. I use the free access and get add ons that way.

Some of the files are easy to install and others take a lot of patience and persistence to get to work. They have tutorials somewhere on there to help out.

good luck

You may be able to find a plane that flys better that the default planes, but guaranteed you will not find a dash 8 that flys like a real one, and the panel will not be anything like the real one either. MS2004 is good for IFR scan training or procedures and that's about it, if you can fly one plane on gauges than you should be able to fly anyplane, a scan is a scan.

The planes at the website below are usually good quality, you can download the Q400 at the site below, about halfway down the page.

Whaoo!, Thank you all. I have all the downloads I can imagine. I hope they work in FS2004.
I downloaded, the airplane plus the panels!!

Falcon20driver, thanks for the advice, all I want is some practice to help me in the transition from analog to glass. My interview check will be in a D-8 Q400. and I never flown glass in my life!

Thanks again!
