... Pinnacle's moving in.

Our union just pulled the plug on our messageboard. So we're probably going to be using FI and APC for a while, at least until they figure out what a colossal misjudgment it was.

You know you guys can Hohum about it all you want but Delta has made sure all of it's w************************* look exactly alike just in case one begins to fall behind another one can be slipped right in and no one will ever notice. Whoever is the cheapest and most effective whore gets the pimps choice. That's how it is.

Whoaaaaaa, there buzzkill. We know that delta's big pimpin on b-l-a-d's... But try reading past the first sentence of the thread, then go postal.

ASA pilots are a bunch of rude prima donna's. I am so sick of that attitude. I guess it is true....Jake Pavelka is your poster child. What a joke and laughing stock. You are NOT God's gift to Delta Airlines. You are just another regional flying a bunch of crappy and uncomfortable CRJ200 pos. You guys need to learn some serious manners. When a fellow pilot says "hello" you are supposed to say Hi back....got it!!!! Time for some manners guys. This is definately a problem over there. It's the rule not the exception.

I could not agree more. Why is this?

Can't figure it out. It's really bad in ATL. It's almost like they have no soul at all. It must be a very awful place to work. Jake seems to love it though. He seems nice on tv. Maybe they think they're celebrities...too good to talk to anyone else. Maybe an ASAer could chime in....what's the deal guys? Why are you all so gosh dang rude all the time?

I've never heard that before. If it's true I'd be VERY surprised.

The LAST thing I'd call an ASA pilot is a primodonna. We know we are the red headed step children of Skywest Inc and every action by MGMT demonstrates this. We are flying part of the largest fleet of obsolete crappy RJ's.

Maybe it's because unlike EVERYBODY ELSE we seem to have this one base in ATL and there is a false sense of ownership of it. We close EVERY base we open due to lack of support and incompetence of MGMT. IAD will be next......watch.

We've been here a long time and done most of the DCI flying here. Now we see Delta parking at our gates, and other DCI carriers are chipping away at "our" flying. Not the other DCI pilots fault, but MAYBE that's it.

Or MAYBE it's from being around Delta pilots in the terminal. We've learned not to bother to look at them. There will be no nod or smile from those guys. Are you sure you aren't thinking about Delta pilots instead of ASA?

I think its because we are so overextended. That has NEVER been the norm until the last 2 years. Too tired to wave is more likely. Not a great excuse but that's what I think it is.

Pissed off and overworked maybe, but not primadonnas!!!!

Eh, don't take it personally. Our own guys don't even say 'Hi' to each other. Remember, the regional airline industry is like high school. Everyone thinks they're cooler than everyone else.
