What base, run, and aircraft type is used for the EYW run? What is the duty day, specifically show time, flight time, go home time?

Thanks.

I think thats done in a Caravan, what a gravy job. At least I have seen a Caravan on one of the southern keys, I can't remember if it was Key West, or it was just north of it.

Key West...does anyone else see anything wrong with an island only having two beaches?!

That place sucks, all you can do there is eat seafood and burgers, drink beer, and watch hot chicks, and....oh, nevermind, that place rocks. I wish I could go back!

I would bet a lot of those "Hot Chicks" have names like Freddy or Brutus from birth. EYW nice to visit to fish and drink every once and awhile. Sh#thole to reside. Marathon is another story.

Just slap that rainbow flag on the back of your plane put on your sexiest pair speedos and you,ll fit right in........ Last time down there cost me 350$$$ on repairs of a sh!tty scooter that somehow got rammed into the back one of those tourist trolley full of drunk gay girls and guys that were there from a gay cruise . Talk about bad luck....... But on a good note there were 2 hot girls french kissing on the back of a Harley down by Hard Rock. Nice!!!!!!!!

You mean EAST of Key West? No islands to the North, unless you go about 100-150 miles to the Ft. Myers area..........

Time to plan another Duvall crawl.......

On the FedEx side I remember there used to be 2 Caravans based in Key West that would overnight in either Miami or Lauderdale. Pretty grave gig but I imagine that run goes to a senior pilot at Mountain Air Cargo. I believe mins are 2000 TT with 135 pic mins. There was a post about this over a year ago on caravanpilots.com. I really enjoyed flying the Caravan and highly recommend flying that verses a piston twin as a first 135 gig. Best of luck.
