Which is it, is FLOPS in financial distress or not? One moment we have to cut, cut, cut, because Flops is broke. Rob your employees of affordable health insurance. low and behold all of the sudden FLOPS isn't broke. Sorry guys you can't have your cake and eat it too. I also am not buying that FLOPS paid he AMEX cards on time either. I've checked my statements ever since we went to these AMEX card and there have been plenty of times where it showed a past balance due. I will let you all read this latest jewel from management.

Dear Crewmembers,
We have good news… Many crewmembers had Membership Rewards points denied in the July-August time frame.
Those lost points have been reinstated by American Express, at no charge to cardholders or Flight Options.
If you participate in the AmEx Membership Rewards program, please review your statements to ensure all denied points have been reinstated.
The Company has paid and continues to pay its vendors on time and in full. This situation was caused by the late posting of payments to the respective cardholder accounts. While payments were proven to be received on time by the AmEx processing centers, American Express mis-applied payments within the various Company accounts, then concluded them to be late payments. This scenario occurred over three months.
Since July, we have been working with American Express to properly state all crewmembers American Express accounts. This required reconciliations of over 800 accounts each of the last three months, prior to paying the charges in full and on time. Many discussions also occurred between Flight Options and AmEx management to resolve and rectify account activity, to the benefit of the crewmembers participating in the rewards program.
With the situation resolved and crewmember rewards points reinstated by AmEx, we would like to again dispel two rumors: 1) that the Company is in financial trouble, and 2) that Company Management wishes to take away AmEx Membership Rewards benefits.
Again, both rumors are categorically false, and have no basis in fact.
· Flight Options financial status continues to improve with our Credo of “Safety, Service & Profitability.” Further, we have the full and unequivocal financial backing of Raytheon.
· Crewmember cards were introduced in December 2002, and participation in the Membership Rewards program was permitted. The Company has no intention, nor desire to reduce crew AmEx MR participation.
Lastly, should you participate in the Membership Rewards program, please review your statements, ensuring all previously denied rewards points have been reinstated. Please contact me directly should your account activity not include the reinstatement.
Thank you and fly safe,
Bill Specht

Well the lies continue. This company has plenty of money. I know I see them squandering it away daily on poorly thought out policies and general OCC waste. I think they are starting to get the picture on who really controls the dispatchability of these airplanes. As I hear it clown town has been a frenzy trying to cover all the trips this week. They will break it's just a matter of time!

It looks like they are spending too much time thinking of what they are going to wear to work for Halloween. ( Yes F/O management is encouraging office employees to dress up)

Pilots can't take part which is really unfair. I already have two Berka's for me and my copilot to wear.

I just wanted to get a look at the faces of our Pax in TEB when we ask them for ID all wrapped up from head to toe with just our eyes showing. Maybe next year:D

I loved Choppengruven's post, "clown town" isn't that the truth. That's what they should dress up as for halloween, all of them - as clueless clowns, because that's exactly what they are. 750 pilots, and who knows how many hundred mechanics, all of our hard work and efforts wasted by a few bean counters in Cleveland. What a shame, we really have a great group of pilots here that deserve better.
