So, now they can't get the revised schedules out, blaming it on software. But, if we had PBS..........

But hey, we have a name for the hangar (rhymes w/ GaTech,imagine that), tours on weekends of said hangar, but they can't get the schedules out per the contract. Lovely! Fly safe!

facility. Thanks to the winning name suggestion by Kirt Kost, project manager – Fleet

ASA’s hangar facility in Atlanta will now be known as the ASA Technical
Center – or A-Tech Center, for short. I think it’s a great name that is fitting to what the core of
the hangar is about – technical excellence to drive reliability.

There you go fellas..I put my suggestion in for Control Operations Center, but they probably didnt like that acronym.​

SkyWest told us we would have a shorter time period between closing bid and revised bid periods with PBS........never happened.

SkyWest told us our pairings would improve. The added time savings PBS would allow the schedulers to create better pairings......pairings are as bad.....but now Delta and United are to blame not PBS or the schedulers.

PBS can be a good thing, but you REALLY need to firm up the details before you agree to it.

Have they said anything at all about it? This has been happening for months! They need to file an MEC group grievance. At least do something instead of sitting there like some lap dog.

I can only remember this situation happening last month with putting out the schedules.

I agree it needs to be done, I was curious if they had said something to you about it?

Either they miss the deadline for the bid packages, or they screw up the bid package and have to recall it, or they miss the deadline to publish the revised schedules, or they miss the deadline to publish the final schedules. Every month!

And here's one you pilots probably don't know. For the last two months, they screwed up the F/A line awards so badly that they had to cancel the award and re-do it. Two months straight! Incompetent morons!

I think every new hanger name is adopted by a moron. however the name for the ASA hanger is the least moronic I've heard lately. When I was at Air Willy, the MKE hanger opened as the "Center of Excellence" we all called it the Center of BS.
