How difficult is crj training? The first group of people are going to Montreal for training, rumor has it the pass rate is low for the first couple of groups. For those of you who experienced the Montreal training what are your thoughts on the training up there.

It was very cold, dark,...and lonely. That's all I remember.
Montreals' a great town. Look at it as a vacation, with some sim play in between. Don't ever listen to rumors of pass rates and have an ere of confidence like:"I know what I'm doing Sparky, now sit on your hands!"

Training is fantastic. Instructors awesome. Did 200 and 700 training there last year. Sims are great, never missed a session due to broken equipment.

When you go to Montreal you are a "client." While it certainly isn't a free ride, they are not on a witchhunt to fail you. PoorJetDiver is right about the equipment. We had some minor item break (I forget what) during a session. By the time the session was over a tech with a replacement part was waiting outside for the drawbridge.

Montreal is a pilot's dream.....ask them. They all fall in love with the French Women...go figure!!!

Wait just a tick.....I thought Montreal was in Canada.

Montreal...woohoo

Went there 1994 and had a great time. The fire hose was removed at Wanda's

You are stupid.

You confirmed what my wife has been telling me for awhile now.

Montreal is in Canada. The women there, unless they are tourists or immigrants, are Canadian not French.

A poor attempt at humor on my part. Sorry, I forgot that most pilots are complete dorks that have no sense of humor. My apologies.

Don't ever call the women there Canadian, they will rip your nuts off. They all think they are French.

I guess they are dumber than we give them credit for.
