I could not find a PCN rating, however, a Google Earth view of the ramp shows only small single engine aircraft. Admittedly, this is a snapshot of one second in time, but if the ramp had a couple of GIII's sitting around, I would feel better about going in there light.
Additionally, this picture in the link below is purportedly an aircraft in front of the terminal at MMDA. Look at the condition of the ashphalt.
There is an airline that flys Cessna 402's there. Assuming that the pilots speak some English, perhaps you could call down and ask if they have ever seen any larger jets in there. Here is the link. http://www.aereoserviciosguerrero.com.mx/
Sorry, it is the best I could come up with. Never been there.
I've had a Lear 45 in there several times with no issues. Of course our max landing weight is 19,200 and we just dropped off and departed. Watch for birds, just about every time i've been there it seemed there were birds circling just off the end of the runway.
Been there many times in a King Air 200, I have seen 350's also.Runway is in good shape, ramp is so so. Should not be a problem for something midsize,be sure to clear the cows out first.
Thanks for the feedback. I got in touch with Sebastian Romo out of MMSL and he sent me this:
"Attached are the airport charts for MMDA.
Is Open airport VISUAL ONLY and the Pavement is in a good shape.
I talk with the constructor today and he said is no problema, PCN upper
than 45."

He also said he has had a CL300 operate out of there. If we use it, we will watch for cows and birds.
