Min days off at several airlines...

Hey was wondering about Air Wisconsin, Skywest, and Compass. Air W I think is 12 days in a month, Compass I think is 11 days in a month, and Skywest no clue. So with airlines that do days off in a month, I assume its the same regardless of how many days there are in that month. Is that correct? Also for those of you at those airlines what do you see as far as actual days off with lines? Is it common to get more than the min?
