I can only offer a little information;

I've done a few charter trips for that company over the years. They seem like good people, easy to deal with; VERY passenger friendly. Of course, I was on the outside of the company looking in, but they were OK.

Model FBO Charter Company

I have a friend who left a Lear charter position at ABE to work for these folks
and he is quite content. Crew pay is average if not above other operators in area, environment very freindly and very clean airplanes. Operation has its own repair station and from what I hear is valuable in keeping the aircraft performing well. This is his take and he has been there 2+ yrs. I do understand that the prior owner of the facility, under different name, was very challenging and this is a breath of fresh air for this operation.
