What is your policy regarding Part 135 pilots and "jumpseating"? I am specifically asking about an operator who does not have an agreement with Skyway. Thanks

The gate agent has the "authority" to OK a jumpseater as long as they are on our list. If you are not, you will have to find either crewmember and ask them. The captain has the authority to OK any 135 jumpseater.

Generally either the agent will not even know this procedure, or will be nice enough to go seek out the crew for the OK. :)
