Just got this email....

Fellow Pilots,

I have just spoken with the paralegal for ALPA's BK counsel.


You many have received information recently in the mail concerning payouts resulting form the Midway Ch7. BK process.

Here is additional information.

There is no enclosed envelope to mail your signed agreement. (supposed to be one)
The address is on the back of the three page document.

Also, it is my understanding that if your name is listed in the thickest document, Exhibit C, with a total value to be paid AND you HAVE NOT filed any claims, you may sign page two of Exhibit D and receive a pay out.

The hearing for this is in July so checks might not be seen until late summer '06.
