Anybody seen how a bunch of Mexicana's airplanes have N-numbers? How does that work? How are they not Mexican registered?

the "g" letter in Spanish is indeed pronounced as an "h" hotel when its after a vowel.

Rogelio (the name) is Row-helio

also, Geronimo would be Her-roneemo

so, it stands to reason that Roger would be Royer/Roher, even when they do their best try to pronounce it like the gringos do

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe Mexicana is the oldest North american airline. I believe it was founded around 1920 or 1921.

Spanish in full Cia. Mexicana De Aviación, Sa (CMA) oldest airline in North America, founded in 1924 in Tampico, Mex., and now headquartered in Mexico City.
The company began as a cargo carrier, carrying payrolls to the oil fields out of Tampico. The first scheduled service began in 1928, linking Mexico City, Tuxpan, and Tampico, followed in the same year by service between Mexico City, Veracruz, and Mérida.
