Hey mesaba2425, I think it means that management realized that these guys are for real, and ready to walk. There was no reason for the pilots not to walk unless management FINALLY came to the table for negotiations. Which they haven't even done previously.

With the extention of the strike deadline till what seems right now to be indefinate ("please be paitent for a while longer") my hope is that the pilots in DTW, MEM and MSP don't doubt the leadership that is representing them. Don't get tired everyone, get what is yours.
