Greetings all!

I don't know if Mesaba is hiring or not, but I am thinking of sending in a resume for the Hell of it. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what a F/O's 1st yr pay is? Also do they pay you while going through training?

Regards,
Scott

They were hiring but not anymore for awhile i don't think. They pay for a hotel if needed and pay you during training. Starting pay (I think, I will know for sure soon) is on par with every other regional for a new FO: 17-19 dollars per hour. Send a resume in but its much better to get a walk in obviously. I know of two guys who got calls to interview with no reccomendations (that I know of) in the last hiring spree.

Thanks for the info. Looks like their starting pay is about what I'm making now...and I'm barely surviving on that - even in rural ND. So much for that plan....

Just wondering what you were expecting for salary as a new hire?

Actually, not a whole lot more than that. Redoing the math, that would be more than what I'm making now. I will probably send in an app and see what happens.

Thanks for the info,
Scott
