We'll let you know when we know. Also, remember it is a TA and will be going to the entire pilot group for ratification. We appreciate the efforts of our negotiators and MEC and trust that the TA is in line with our goals.

Because thier Negotiating comitee is not going to go through the effort of a TA, if it is just going to be voted down.

The MEC and negotiating committee have specifically said that they will not settle for anything less than what the pilots have asked for. They know exactly what we want! I was polled 6 times over the duration of negotiations. Anyone at XJ knows how good our MEC/Negotiating team are! Good job boys!!!

I hate to be a killjoy to those who think we're going to get 100% of what we wanted. You're just not living in the real world. It's called negotiating folks. If we were just going to hold out for 100% of our demands, then there would be no need for a negotiating committee. Just draft up a list of demands, drop it off and say get back to us when you're ready to sign. Our expectations should be high but 100% is just not realistic....
