Unless you are from Atlanta, Mesaba.

ASA will get smaller, morale is poor to say the least, poorly run in every sense (see Forbes worst list), upgrades currently at 3 years only because so many are leaving, until ASA is sold as a stand alone airline Skywest will continue to cherry pick flying.

Mesasba will grow. They've already taken their beating. Northwest needs to retire it's DC-9 fleet. I believe they'll use their regoinals to replace that flying. Compass will certainly absorb much of that but Mesaba and Pinnacle will be used as well.

Just my 2 cents.

Good analysis. ASA is going through the crap now what Mesaba went through over the past 3 years. Mesaba is definitely a fast mover right now. Good time to get in.

Congrats ASA guys! Mesaba's an alright place now, due to the massive growth, but I'm not going to touch "Mesaba vs. ASA" now that the nightmare over there is finally (is it too good to be true?) coming to an end. We just ended our nightmare over here, so I know how it feels.

You have to look at bases and overall career path to make up your mind now. It's no longer a case of "we're relatively happy, and they aren't".

I don't know what's in your TA, but I'm pretty sure your MEC wouldn't waste your time or hopes on anything less than decent.

Congrats, again.

Everyone is hiring - why are you only looking at two options? Unless you live in ATL, MSP or DTW. And as far as ATL goes - ASA is not the only dog in that fight anymore. Just curious.
