If at all possible, ASA will make sure you guys get where you are going. I think you can count our group in for donations as well--we may be in the same boat before long.
 
Mesaba Jumpseat cmte. sent out a package to all airline jumpseat committees that asks for continued support and a copy of a ruling from the FAA that states a pilot on strike is still an employee of the airline and therefore entitled to the same jumpseat rights as he/she enjoyed before. For those MEC's that are graciously allowing jumpseat for 30 days, that's great, but it seems they could be entitled to the jumpseat privilege as long as the strike lasts! (Which is better)
