I have a friend going for a interview at Mesaba. Any info on what to expect, tips. or anything else you can think of would be great.
Thanks

The Avro sim is a little tricky to fly with the motion on. It's a level C sim, and the lag between the motion and visuals (outside and instrument) is just within level C certification limits. This lag makes it very easy to overcontrol and this takes time to get used to, which you don't have. Use the arm rests, this helps a little.

They don't expect you to know how to fly the avro, so just relax.
