Why does everybody talk so bad about their "reputation"? I'm applying there and yes, pay is low, don't get paid while training, why everybody talks about their reputation. I'm ignorant about his subject and would like to know

Garbage cause of no guarantee on cancellation pay, piss poor rates for a contract signed in 2003, 1/2 flight time pay for DH (only scheduled block) yadda, yadda, yadda. Compare to for instance Air Wisconsin's contract on www.airlinepilotcontracts.com.
