Mesa training contract

I understand Mesa has a one year training contract based on the a/c you are assigned.... a few quick questions.....
is it prorated for the year
how much is it for the....

jet training - 10,000
dash training - 9,500
beech training - 8,000

strait line amortization after you complete the checkride

reduced by 50% if the pilot gives 45 days notice before resignation

After 4 years no contract required. I have never heard of mesa actually going after someone for it.
