Anyone out there who works for Mesa or Skywest who can tell me what the companion pass policy is? TIA.

SkyWest: 24 Buddy passes available per year, good for anyone you want. Only good for actual SkyWest flights (not mainline), $30 per segment (recently up from $15), regardless of length.

Companions (Parents, kids, spouse/domestic partners) can travel mainline for extremely reduced rates, but to be totally honest I never really checked 'cuz I ride free (jumpseat), so I just let them all figure it out and deal with the details. Sorry I can be more of a help.

Companion on UAL

My wife got on UAL OGG to LAX First class one way for about 25$....however, UAL discounts for friends and fam are sometimes more expensive than their online fares.
