Does anyone know how long the average new hire at Mesa will sit on reserve before holding a line?? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If their new TA is signed I would venture to guess not very long considering the huge growth they have planned.

The way the J4J's deal is written, all the US Air new hires go at the bottom of the seniority list. That means if people get on quick, they will be pretty high on the seniority list and able to hold a line.

Right now even the reserve guys are flying a lot since JO has frozen hiring for a year and a half.
