35 jets now and maybe 25 more later or 5 now maybe 7 more later. Since they were losing money anyway with Frontier's fee structure, seems like for once it's a smart business decision on their part to switch.

Let's see, cant make any money with F9 why do you think mesa can make money with UAL. If you give UAL the same service as Frontier, You'll last 12 months. Maybe.

the F9 was originally a pro-rate contract. it was bid below cost in hopes of expanding the business. We had recently renegotiated the rates to a fee-per-departure structure which was again marginally profitable. Its hard to be profitable with 5 airplanes but with 15 or 20 it would be a pretty good deal.

UAL is offering more opportunities for MAG. If frontier got off their arses months ago and gave us more flying perhaps we could stick around.

If you want more flying your completion rate has to be more than 50%. I've talked to some of the F9 customer service people, they know the truth about your record in DEN. And don't forget those white tail airplanes you take out of the F9 system and fly them to PHX, oh well just cancel another F9 jet connect flight. Try that crap with UAL you'll be holding your balls in your hand.

if our completion rate is 50% in DEN then why did UAL sign a ten year contract?? Let's see where you got your completion factor number, ohh, I see. It came out your a$$.. You really lose all credibility when you make statements about someting you know nothing about. You think a 6$ an hour ramper knows our completion factor??

Our completion factor is not broken down by system but on the mesa certificate the jet completion rate is about 97-98%. Yhis with no spare aircraft in the whole company.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
