Bye Bye Meeesssaaaaa!!!

is this a good time to buy? based on the saying buy low sell high

nevermind the fact that this stock wont ever go up so you can "sell high", but coming soon they are going to be de-listed from NASDAQ because of thier sub-$1 stock price. After that, good luck finding a buyer for your worthless stock.

.37 now and still dropping. For those that don't understand why this is happening I have pasted thread from a different chat room. The author pretty much sums it up for you.

"Mesa started Go! in Hawaii about 20m or so months ago. JO said that Mesa could afford to have Go! fly empty for 5 years. Mesa had admitted that Go! was losing $2 mil a month.
Then they entered into deal in China. No word on that for a long time.

HA sued Mesa and last fall recovered a judgment for about $84 million including atty fees and some costs with interest accruing on the balance. Mesa posted a bond to keep HA from attaching. This resulted in Mesa posting $90 mil in cash with the bonding co. Their unrestricted cash has obviously dropped dramaticly.

Aloha has a similar suit set to go to trial in October 2008. The difference is that Aloha has added an anti-trust claim which produces treble (3X) damages if Aloha wins.

Don't know where Mesa's cash position is since December 2007. They have two more immediate problems. Delta has notified Mesa that Delta wants to terminate a contract worth about $20 mil per month to Mesa because Mesa did not fly enough of the required flights. This is to take place 5/1/2008 with a transition to other arrangements. Mesa keeps saying that they have sued Delta over this, but the actual filing is no where to be found.

Mesa has about $38,000,000.00 in notes outstanding. Under the terms of the notes, the holders can demand payment on June 16, 2008. Mesa has a choice to pay in cash or common stock. They only have 75 million shares authorized. With about 28 million outstanding they cannot issue enough shares to pay off all of the notes at today's price.

Mesa has an appeal pending from the HA judgment. Oral argument is set for 5/12/2008. Mesa's "Hail Mary" play is that the court reverses the HA judgement quickly enough for Mesa to gain access to its restricted $90 mil. That would at least help with the short run problems."

Very well said by the author. :puke: MESA :smash:

Skywests stock is taking a beating too. Although, no where near .50, it has dropped into the $16 range, well below what it was a month ago. It is bolow what I paid in the ESOP at a 15% discount.

Everybody is going to bleed right now. It's just the nature of the Industry in its current state. Sky West has a lot of dineros in the bank. They'll be fine. Those short on cash will be going by the wayside.

Doesnt MESA have a BIG fuel bill to pay coming up here soon?

Fiddy cent?? Sheeeeeet.....

Will they please go 36 double dizzle titties up already...I'm afraid a celebratory premeditated inebriation is in order as soon as the news hits....bye bye fockers.

Keep selling those parts by the way, lets just see how much of a piece of $hit you can make your operation. By the way, you don't have any wire bundles AD's that need checked by chance do ya? THAT would be SO tragic!

MESA SUCKS!!!!

J.O. BLOWS!!!!

it'll go lower.
