here we go again....

20 yr CA PAY = $98.75/hr plus a new windbreaker and pair of Nikes every 18 months.

MAX FO PAY = Whatever the max FO pay is currently on the contract... no need to get higher pay since we're all going to upgrade so quickly.

OK, OK, HIT ME WITH ALL YOU'VE GOT, FLAMERS!!!!

Sincerely,

B. Franklin

LMAO, Look at Ben Franklin, (Mr. I bought My Job), trying to rag on Mesa guys. Ben Franklin is nothing more than a PFT Puke who bought his job at COEX.

Hey Ben,

I dare you to say that to a pair of your male F/As while bending over to pick up your flightcase....

I think that was a typo, its REACHAROUND specialist:D

Go Ben

So what if I purchased my job. At least we are holding up the industry, CMR +10%. You guys wished you were flying an ERJ. Also, we are not a regional airline and our next contract will reflect it.

So, the question is; How many years at earning Comair + 10% does it take to make back the 10 grand for the chance at flying a turboprop or little jet? 2 years, 3 years.....How long? Wait, who cares? I'll just get my dad to pay for it.

With the new payrates plus the retro check, my calculations show that one who PFT'd would actually come out ahead by about $5,000.00 on DOS. But that is based on your math, which is not properly applied in the case for or against PFT.

Your post shows how little you know about economics and how much more you rely on emotion, rumor and innuendo (read: rather than facts) to further your cause.

Sincerely,

B. Franklin

LOL, Nothing like a PFT Puke (Ben Franklin) who tries to justify to the world why it was such a good move for him/her. I guess there is more in common between a PFTer and a Scab than meets the eye.

Wonder what they'd pay a Mesa 767 driver...

And to think, last week we were worried about RJ's over at Island Air. This has got to adjust everybodies thinking a bit eh?

All these CEO's must plot and plan this $hit together in secret meetings I am convinced of it!

i think there is a big difference between a scab and a pft. who really gives a sh!t where someone got their time or how they did it as long as they do their **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** job when the are in the cockpit. just because someone went to a pft program (which i did by the way) it doesnt make them any less of a pilot or a better one. they are still a pilot that has to make his or her own decisions when it comes to their career.

So stuart does your job involve having to play the part of crew tracking at all? I mean you have to have a backup in case your check bounces at whatever airlines seat you pay to occupy that should be a paid position id assume. So tell me exactly how does it work, like if your check bounces does crew tracking call you and say you have to either find a replacement or come up with an extra $5000 within one week and they will find one for you? Maybe you just have to make the PA announcement ladies and gentlemen we are terribly sorry but we have to return to the gate. Ops just called us and informed us that our FOs check bounced and therefore we have called out a reserve that paid us an extra $500 to fly on his day off, we are terribly sorry for any trouble this caused but our first officers must pay us to fly with us. Perhaps you just spare the embarassment of having to make the PA by calling someone in to cover for you in advance. Im really curious how does it work if your check bounces? Enquiring minds want to know.

Yes, lejerk...

Scabs crossed a picket line and accepted lower wages for the same work that was performed for a higer wage just the day before when they should have fought for what was right based on all available information.

Guess that puts your Jet Blue WHORE a$$ closer to being a scab than any PFTer that I've ever met.

WHORE.

Do you like it when Neeleman gives you the pink sock or do you like the icy pirate better?

WHORE.

Sincerely,

B. Franklin

well cosmo im pretty sure i dont have to have a backup plan because i am making it as a pilot. i got my job at a different airline because i interviewed. im sure you can figure out what that is without making a pa to the passengers asking for help. the company i work for may not be the best company but i am still proud of the fact that i have a job as a pilot. i have no shame in the fact i went to gulfstream and i never will. i did my time there and got multi time and had a hell of a good time doing it. i didnt take anyones job away because they dont hire off the streets. yes i paid for it and by the way i didnt get my initial ratings because i looked good i paid for those too.

Thats sick, giving managers cash UP FRONT instead of at contract time? Gives a whole new meaning to "bargaining table"! Anyone who PFT'd is not qualified to pass judgement on ANYONE in this business. It seems that the loudest "you are a 'ho" whiners were the ones who ponied up some SERIOUS money for a cool uniform and a job. Scum....BTW At least a scab waited until a strike to screw people over instead of handing over a boatload of "Ben Franklins" up front, but hey, It was probably Mommy and Daddy's cash to begin with, Ornstein LOVES you guys.......

I have a degree in finance, Mr. Franklin. I guess that doesn't mean that I know anything about economics, though.

I'm sure the ones that bought their jobs are the ones screaming "cheaters cheaters" the loudest when United and US Air were hiring females with 1/3 the requirements than those white males they were turning away.

And yes, J.O. loves the ones who pay upfront. All the management pukes do. More money for them.
