Anybody know anything about flying for Menards? QOL, Pay, Hours, upgrade time, that sort of thing. Is it a place someone could stay for a while?

use to work there. you will fly at least 700 hrs. a year. You start out as a F.O. and pay is low to start. Captain pay is not too bad. upgrade time is slow or I would call it slow. Depends on openings for captain, can be as much as 2-3 years. positives are no overnights. They just run shuttles. Overall not a bad place to work but unless your from Eau Claire, WI you will not likely stay there real long.

Menards info..

do a search, I'm sure theres plenty of info out there on Menards. i just talked to a buddy there yesterday and he's alright there. still work 700 hrs a year. if you need a day off they usually ablige. upgrade is 1-3 years based on expansion. if you upgrade you need to live near eau claire which would be a deal breaker for many. fo's are underpaid, 22k to start. cost of living is low. lot of good guys work there, sounds like a fun place. hope it helps...

Where are most people based? Anyone know their mins?

Good luck getting in there right now. I've got about six friends that fly overe there and I tried just recently. They have hired most of the guys they are going to need for awhile. Attrition is really low over right now with the crappy situation at the regionals. But good luck!

Talked to the C.P., looks like they just hired three guys a couple of weeks ago and they won't be looking for a little while
