When I filled out my 1st and only medical application I failed to report a few violations I had with the law. Anyways, around 4 months ago I sent a letter into the FAA reporting those violations. Well, I recently realized I also didn't report a few surgeries I've had (Tonsil removal, and Wisdom Teeth). Would you recommend I write another letter into the FAA reporting those? Or should I go about it a different way. Say, writing those on the next medical application I fill out. I'm just worried that if I send ANOTHER letter into the FAA things are going to turn out really bad.

I was in a rush the day I filled out the application, and just wasn't thinking. I hope things turn out ok. Just looking for some advice on what to do.

Thanks in advance.
