Mechanic Pay Scales

I know you can get company specific pay scales for pilots from www.airlinepilotcentral.com. Is there anything like this for mechanics? Or is there a way to find out what the pay scale is a company? Any help with this would be great.

Thank you, but I was looking for listings by company. 1st year, 2nd year, etc. Shift preimums, run-taxi pay, RII pay, bases, etc. I know this info is available for pilots, but what about the mechanics. Most airlines do not post the pay rates even for starting pay. It seems to be a "secret". Pilots can get an idea from www.airlinepilotcentral.com or they can ask on boards such as these. I am trying to find out which companies are the better ones. Any help would be great.

I found some of my answer at www.aircraftmechanic.org Its like flightinfo but not real active. The scale I found was old and not complete. Any ideas?
