Can anybody recommend universities (besides ERAU) that offer a Masters in Aviation?

I would like to pursue one at the actual college...and not online.

Why not a masters in something else that matters?
Not being a wise ass, but I can think of so many more pursuits that you could study for, and still fly for a paycheck if that is your goal.

Speaking of the private sector: If you get an MBA any avaition company will be glad to hire you and will place great value on your degree. That's true for your Master of Aviation in the aviation world also. I suspect aviation companies would prefer an MBA to an aviation MS,but I could be wrong.

The downside is that in the non-aviation sector your MS in Aviation will at best not help you at all, and in a lot of cases count against you.

If you are in the public sector, where any MS fills the square, then disregard the above and enjoy your aviation degree.

Aviation doesn't matter? I must be at the wrong website... :)

Seriously though-- I'd be interested in a master's in aviation too, if the program were right. Not that I think such a thing would lead to a bigger paycheck-- in my case there's no way that it would-- but there is such a thing a pursuing knowledge for knowledge's sake. And aviation is one of those fields that could expose you to a lot of different stuff. Aerodynamics alone includes a huge amount of math and physics if you really get serious about it. Then there's aeromedical research, meterology, law, business, engineering, and that's just off the top of my head. As intellectual pursuits go, aviation rocks.
