Refuse to stay here. this is the new "prefered hotel" in Hobby. One of our Beechjet guys got jumped there last night. 4 Stitches and alot of bruising. No resteraunt in hotel , refuse to stay!!!

Was just at HOU last week, stayed in the Hilton (it sucks too, but it does have an overpriced restaurant), we couldn't get in the Courtyard.

Frankly, the 'hood around hobby is awful.

Courtyards are almost always our preferred, thanks for the heads up, I'll pass it along to our scheduling folks b4 someone else ends up there.

Guess I shouldn"t go running around the neighborhood in the back of the Hilton anymore, eh?

We stay at the Sugarland Marriott Town Square and its one of the nicest hotels in ANY town we stay at. Unlikely to encounter any crime in that area at all. Don't know how far from Hobby though...

Sugarland is quite a haul from HOU, but that Marriot Town Square is quite nice. Whats-her-name from the FBO went with us; if you see her, remind her she owes me a bunch of FBO shirts and a couple of drinks for losing a bet on Monday Night Football.

The Hobby airport area is a hole any way you look at it. I've stayed at the Amerisuites there, but didn't venture far.

Any hotel....

I dont think it matters what hotel you stay at. We had a guy in training get jumped about 6 months ago..... At the time we were staying at the Hampton Inn I think.
