Can anyone recommend an AME (1st class) near the upper east side?

Looking for someone I can stay with for a while (not a 75 year old physician) who doesn't run their patients through the ringer, so to speak.

Did you ever find a good AME? I've been going to Dr. Herrlin at LGA, but it looks like he's not available for the near future? Need a first class this month.
