Does the military mandate an age where a pilot must stop flying?

the only age I know that they will make you stop flying is at mandatory retirement which is age 55 if I am not mistaken. No other age criteria that I have ever heard of.

Normally you will reach your mandatory retirement years before you will reach an age. IE, majors (04's) retire at 20 yrs (05's) at 28. If you enter at age 23 then you can see you will still be a young man/woman upon retiring. Far below any age limit. I flew with some General officers and I am sure they were past 55.

I once met a former Nam Era Marine (Jet/Helo) pilot who stopped flying for the Marine Reserves in the early 70s. He later joined the Army Guard as a Warrant Officer around Desert Storm. He was going to get his 20 about the same time he was going to turn 60.
