I might have a job flying a managed aircraft, primarily part 91 with some 135 thrown in. Second interview tomorrow with a/c owners and Mgt. Co. I'm new to this type of flying, I need to know what questions to ask and concerns to bring up before the interview.

Thanks All

Here are a few:

-Will you be on call/standby when not flying? How long is the leash?
-How much 135 is anticipated annually?
-Will you get a charter bump when flying 135? If not, you should for the pain.
-Can you turn charter down?
-Will you hold to 135 rest req's on 91 legs?
-Will you have any ancillary duties for the principle?

Tailwinds...

Here is a list of concerns I would want addressed:

Schedule
Schedule
Schedule
oh, and, uh, did I mention: Schedule...

A real key indicator of this is pilots per airplane.
